DO YOU SELL FOOD AT WACKY WORLD?
Yes of course. We sell a wide range of freshly made food on site plus a huge selections of beverages. Please see full menu here.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET IF I AM SUPERVISING AND NOT TAKING PART
If you are supervising and not planning on taking part on the activities then you do not need to purchase a ticket
how long do we get in the wacky world arena?
Each session lasts for 60 minutes in total.
how early should we arrive before our session?
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your session start time. This will allow you to complete your Waver on site if you have not already done so.
WHAT SHOULD ME OR MY CHILDREN WEAR FOR WACKY WORLD?
We recommend comfortable clothing for children and adults. For the adults only sessions, guests have arrived in Gym gear which is ideal! Socks are a must
is there lockers or somewhere to keep my belongings?
Lockers are available to rent priced at £2, Lockers are limited and are based on a first come first served. You can book lockers online when purchasing your tickets
IS FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE AT WACKY WORLD?
Yes, We have an on-site food and drink cafe.
IS MUSIC AND LIGHTING USED AT WACKY WORLD?
Wacky World creates a unique club style bounce experience, So please be aware that music tends to be louder then a normal play centre. Also lighting and smoke effects are used in all of our parks.
can we stay for extra hours once we have arrived?
Yes of course, As long as there is room on the additional sessions to book on. We run various deals across the year for additional hours once in the arena. Ask on entry for more details.
do you supply staff inside the wacky world arena?
Yes, All our sites are managed by the Wacky Crew - They are there for safety of our equipment and for customer service questions only. There job is not to supervise children or queue lines.
can we cancel our ticket or move our booking once purchased?
Unfortunately once tickets have been purchased, there is no way we can refund or exchange for another session. Please take your time when booking so no mistakes are made.
what is the age limit for wacky world sessions?
Wacky Bounce and Club Bounce requires a minimum age of 5 - Wacky Monsters is for ages 1 to 4 and Adult Sessions are for anyone 18+
WILL THE ACTIVITIES INSIDE WACKY WORLD BE SAFE?
Yes absolutely, safety is paramount. Most activities will have its own operator to operate the equipment safely. We are happy to say we have a 100% safety record and customer feedback.
CAN I TAKE PART WITH MY CHILD IN THE WACKY WORLD ARENA?
Yes of course. All adults can take part with their child in the Wacky Arena, Adults must purchase a entry ticket for that session. Only adults attending with a child can enter the arena.
