• A waiver MUST be signed prior to arrival by everyone in the party, including those spectating (Waivers are valid for 12 months) • Hand sanitizer stations around the venue and new one-way systems. •We advise you arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to allow for parking and checking in. • All ages welcome from 0 years, including participating adults. Please note: Melt Down and Rodeo Bull – all participants must be 110cm tall. All participants must be 130cm tall to participate in using the Base jump.

FAQs
What Do i need to bring with me to wacky world?
All you need to bring is yourselves, a pair of bounce socks and your energy. (Bounce socks are available to purchase for £1.95 upon entrance)
DO YOU SELL FOOD & Drink AT WACKY WORLD?
We sure do, we have a range of hand cooked foods from pizza’s to kids meals to keep the hunger at bay while you enjoy your visit. We also stock an array of refreshments from pop, slushes and coffees and of course water. Please see our full Menu here
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET IF I AM SUPERVISING AND NOT TAKING PART?
If you do not plan on taking part you do not need a ticket, you can sit back and relax in one of our two dedicated seating areas.
Do You do Parties at wacky WorLD?
Yes, we do! have a party like no other. With a 1-hour bounce session, a dedicated party host, a 45 min private party room, photo booth, bubble machine as well as great fresh food you are sure to make an everlasting memory for yourself and your child. HOW LONG DO WE GET IN THE WACKY WORLD ARENA?
Each session is 50 mins long, you can always book for the second hour if your having way too much fun. (discounted rates available for 2nd bounce session)
HOW EARLY SHOULD WE ARRIVE BEFORE OUR SESSION?
We advise you arrive 10 mins before your session to complete all necessary waivers and be checked in ready to bounce.
Do I have to book in advance or can i turn up on the Day?
Yes, you can turn up on the day and pay on the door if there is availability. We always advise booking in advance to avoid disappointments, some of our sessions sells out very quickly.
WHAT SHOULD ME OR MY CHILDREN WEAR to WACKY WORLD?
Wear something comfortable, that you will be able to move freely in. Most adults if participating wear gym attire.
IS MUSIC AND LIGHTING USED AT WACKY WORLD?
We strive to be different from other play centres and that includes our amazing sound and lighting setup. This does mean it might be louder than you would expect but that’s all part of the fun.
CAN WE STAY FOR EXTRA HOURS ONCE WE HAVE ARRIVED?
The fun never stops at wacky world so as long as there is space available you are more than welcome to stay. (DISCOUNTED rates available for 2nd hour bounce sessions)
Are the inflatables inside the arena Staffed?
Some of our inflatables are staffed. We endeavour to make our arena as safe as possible. This includes having staff at the appropriate places on the arena floor. Please note adult supervision is always required during your visit to Wacky World.
CAN WE CANCEL OUR TICKET OR MOVE OUR BOOKING ONCE PURCHASED?
Unfortunately, once your ticket has been bought, we cannot refund it. It’s possible that we can move your booking for you dependent upon the circumstances and availability of the session.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR WACKY WORLD SESSIONS?
We try and cater for everyone at Wacky World which means most of our sessions do not have an age limit. Our Wacky Monsters is ages 0-5 years, Wacky Bounce & WOW! Sunday ages 0-12 years and our adult only sessions is strictly 18+.
WILL THE ACTIVITIES INSIDE WACKY WORLD BE SAFE?
Safety is paramount to us here at Wacky World and we have many processes in place to make sure everyone who visits not only has fun but is safe while participating.
CAN I TAKE PART WITH MY CHILD IN THE WACKY WORLD ARENA?
Yes, you can! We cater for big kids too. So, all you need to do is purchase an entry ticket to take part.
Do you run sessions just for BABIES and toddlers?
We run wacky monsters sessions every Monday- Friday, 10am - 4pm, in term time for our younger guests (0-5). We also have a dedicated Toddler corner on our mezzanine withs lots of fun games, available within our opening times 7 days a week.
Can i book wacky world for corporate events/ private parties?

DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?
Yes, we have a free secure for our guests to use. Please bear in mind that this does get very busy during peak sessions.
DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, we certainly do. Here at Wacky World, we try and make sure we can accommodate anyone who want to join us. We have an accessible entrance as well as dedicated disabled toilets.
